BMS Service Engineer – London & South East - £58,000
An opportunity has presented itself for a seasoned BMS Service Engineer to join a global BMS Controls company.

The BMS Service Engineer position
This role requires on site presence Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
Responsibilities:
Service Visits: Carry out routine BMS service visits.
Callouts: Respond to BMS callouts.
Support: Assist the maintenance operations team with customer queries.
On-Site Tasks: Review site fault tracker and complete minor tasks where possible.
Reporting: Prepare clear and accurate reports during site visits, including any recommended improvements.
Small Projects: Execute BMS-related small works projects.
Client Interaction: Attend client meetings and maintain regular communication as required.
Key Requirements
· 5+ years’ experience with BMS systems such as Trend, Delta, Johnsons, or Tridium.
· Knowledge: In-depth understanding of system controls and operation strategies for the above systems (2 out of 4 is essential).
· Technical Skills:
o Experience with MCC panels and ability to understand control panel wiring diagrams.
o Proficiency with Trend networking (current LAN, Ethernet, BACnet, and LonWorks).
o Experience with supervisors like Trend 963 and/or IQvision software.
o Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control.
o Understanding of electrical systems.
· Customer Service: Act as the face of the company.
· Full UK Driving License and no criminal record.
· Commercial Experience: Experience in environments like hospitals, office blocks, banks, MoD, Police, Home Office.
Salary package
· Competitive salary circa £58,000
· Overtime – time and a half, and Sunday double time.
· Company credit card to claim expenses.
· Company car or car allowance circa £400 a month.
· Able to expense travel such as trains if easier to commute.
