​If you're looking to work for an established property developer with a good reputation then look no further. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive for one of their developments, a collection of new family homes with excellent transport links and amenities.

Basic salary up to £33,500 OTE 55K!

Duties:

Working on site you will be highly committed to providing a first class customer experience and be the 'face' of the company to prospective buyers.

You will need to be happy to work to targets as well as ascertain and seek to understand clients’ requirements in order to maximise each viewing and ensure any queries are professionally handled.

Using your excellent knowledge and experience of new home sales you will be ambitious and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

You will communicate with clients by email, on the phone and in person as well as organise viewings of show / finished units.

Your charismatic and engaging personality will ensure that each client receives the highest level of service and leaves the development with a positive impression of the company.

You must be happy to work weekends and have two days off in the week ( Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Skills and experience

A background in new home sales is essential, however other sales experience such as shared ownership sales, retirement homes will also be considered. Estate agency sales experience will also be considered if in residential property sales. The successful candidate will have a polished and professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
