We're Hiring: New Homes Sales Negotiator – Peterborough

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for new home sales? This is your chance to join one of the UK’s largest 5-star builders and play a key role in an exciting new housing development.

About the Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you will report to the Sales Manager and be the face of the development, guiding buyers through their journey from enquiry to completion. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, securing qualified sales reservations, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a face-to-face sales environment (property sales experience is a plus)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent customer service and administration abilities
A proactive, self-motivated approach—able to work independently and as part of a team
IT literate with the ability to adapt to new systems
Flexibility to work weekends
