We have a great opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a stylish, exciting development of 4 and 5 bedroom homes in St Neots.

 

A bit about the job:

The role of New Home Sales Negotiator, reports to the Sales Manager and carries out all aspects of the day to day running of the site sales complex, ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey. This includes achieving qualified sales reservations and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Shifts: Thursday – Monday 10am – 5pm. Base Salary £30k OTE £50k+ Plus benefits

What experience do you need?

·        Experience of working as a Sales Representative for a residential house builder is desirable

·        Experience in a customer facing sales role.

 

What type of candidate are we looking for?

                          Effective negotiation and sales skills

                          Passion, enthusiasm and a demonstrated flair for selling is necessary

                          Good administration skills

                          Strong communication and listening skills

                          Ability to work on own as well as part of a team

                          IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems

                          Able to work weekends

                          Full UK drivers license
