​We have an opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join an exciting Shared Ownership development in Watford. You will be based on a busy development and with support from the team carry out the full role including progression.

This is an ongoing temporary position for approximately 12 months.

Client requirements:

  • Ideally you have experience selling shared ownership properties

  • Experience working on a New Homes development

  • Able to carry out the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to progression

  • Experience using CRM systems i.e. Yourkeys, Contact Builder

  • Excellent personal presentation

The role

  • Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday/Monday off)

  • 10-5

  • On-site parking

Salary

  • From £14 per hour + hol pay

  • Commission offered

  • Holiday pay accrued for every hour you work
