We have a great opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected house builder with a long-standing reputation on an amazing new housing development in the Chichester area.

A bit about the job:

A new home sales representative’s primary purpose is to facilitate the sale of newly built properties by actively engaging with potential buyers, showcasing the features of the development, negotiating offers, and guiding them through the purchase process until completion.

The New Home Sales Negotiator reports to the Sales Manager and carries out all aspects of the day to day running of the site sales complex, ensuring that outstanding customer service is delivered throughout the customer journey.

Shifts: Thursday – Monday 10am – 5pm. Base up to £37k OTE £55-60k+ plus benefits including 1 weekend off per month.

What experience do you need?

· Experience of working as a Sales Representative for a residential house builder is desirable.

· Experience of working within a face to face sales environment.

· Passion, enthusiasm and a demonstrated flair for selling is necessary

· Good administration skills

· Strong communication and listening skills

· Ability to work on own as well as part of a team

· IT literate and the ability to adapt to new systems

· Able to work weekends

· Full UK drivers license
