Our TeamBMS division have over 20 years of experience within the BMS sector with considerable experience in recruiting for BMS requirements for major projects. These projects included 22Bishopsgate, Battersea Power Station, Crossrail, AstraZeneca, The Shard, Heathrow Terminal 5, 20 Fenchurch Street, Wembley Stadium, White City, Olympic Stadium and many more
Ideal Candidate:
We are particularly interested in experienced Recruitment Consultants or Resourcers that are looking to develop their career in recruitment.
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Teamwork is absolutely key to the success of the teams, as is the ability to multitask effectively and to keep your cool under pressure. A sense of humour helps enormously! We are looking for candidates who are ambitious, target driven with the ability to build strong business relationships with clients and candidates alike.

A brief summary of the role:
Sourcing candidate using various methods including our website, job boards and LinkedIn. Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates
Screening and interviewing job applicants to evaluate their skills and experience (All compliance is looked after by our recruitment administrator)
Using our recruitment database. Updating candidate and client information and using all the search tools available to you.
Ensuring that potential candidates are an excellent match for our clients and roles
Building strong relationships with our vast client base and making sure that you follow all processes to ensure you deliver excellent customer service
Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities. Attending new site launches etc.
Headhunting specific candidates for high-end job roles, such as senior management positions (Applicable to Senior Consultants)
