Our client is an established firm of property advisors and development consultants based in London. Their expertise is in both the residential and commercial markets in London.
They have a new opportunity for a Sales Co-ordinator to join a busy sales team based at our Clerkenwell Sales Office.
Visitors & Enquires
· Meet, Greet & Welcome all visitors to the office.
· Answer and distribute emails, telephone enquiries and leads.
· When required, assist with initial sales queries, register applicants & book viewings.
Facilities Management
Ensure the smooth running of the office including:
· Photocopier Maintenance and Supplies (liaising with suppliers)
· Alarm maintenance & security (liaising with suppliers)
· Cleaning (liaising with suppliers) & Recycling
· Stationary & General Office Supplies
· General Office Maintenance
· Holiday Calendar
Figures & Bankings
· Create and distribute Invoices on Exchanges
· Collate monthly figures for the Sales Director to approve.
Marketing
The Coordinator will need to provide a weekly report to the Directors on the office’s Success Marketing, confirming:
· Testimonials sent
· Sold Cards produced
· Digital Sold Cards sent
· Sold Boards erected
This role will be to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
