We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to work on an award-winning development providing an exquisite collection of 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom houses.

This fabulous development is on the Essex/Suffolk border, Colchester is just under 10 miles away

  • The are looking for a Temporary Sales Negotiator to work from Thursday to Monday

  • Hours are 10-5

  • Previous experience in New Homes Sales is preferred however they will consider applicants that have estate agency experience.

  • Candidate must have excellent customer service and excellent communication skills.

  • It Literate with experience of working on databases

  • Full driving license and car is essential

  • opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate
