We have a great opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work on a newly launched development of high end apartments in Surrey.
Thursday to Monday 10am to 5pm. Needs to be on site by 9.45am.
The development will not be finished until early January 2025.
This is a multi unit site and I will be looking for someone with strong off plan experience and can manage a site for a reputable and well known developer.
The candidate will need to be use to attending and controlling regular sales meetings, attending build meetings, experienced in the use of Contact Builder or similar developer CRM systems, excel and word. Also have the capability of learning alternative systems and implementing in order to manage work flow in a paper free environment (where possible) and adhering to NHQB procedures.
Manage a clear and comprehensive viewing diary, provide regular feedback on viewings and follow ups.
Weekly reporting.
Full sales progression to manage sales through to a 28 day exchange of contracts.
The ideal candidate should be a target driven sales individual with the ability to working under pressure.
Ideally you will also need to have experience with working and interacting with a local firm of estate agents and drive all cross-selling opportunities.
Plot commission will be paid. Cross selling opportunities will also be financially rewarded.
