We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator for a luxury new homes developer in North London.
- Working with a small team selling a development consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments situated in beautiful landscaped gardens close to local transport links
- Working 5 days a week on a rota basis (1 weekend off in 6)
- Hours of work are 9:30 - 6:00
- Doing the full role up to completion / handovers
The ideal Candidate
- At least 12 months experience of new homes sales in London
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- IT literate with experience of MS Office
- First class customer service is essential
- Ability to commit long term as this could lead to a permanent role.
- Available to start immediately.
