Teamsales are looking for New Homes Sales Negotiators in London and Hertfordshire.
Our clients range from National Builders to High-End developers who are looking for regular support for ad-hoc and long-term bookings across multiple developments. This could be the perfect role for someone looking for flexible part-time or full-time work. Candidates with previous experience in estate agency and lettings are encouraged to apply.
Client requirements:
Experience of selling New Homes or previous Estate Agency experience
Knowledge in Shared Ownership or New Homes Sales preferred
Able to provide first class customer service
Excellent personal presentation
You will be well-organised and with good computer skills. Must be IT Literate
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
Must have access to own car. If you are no near public transport
Days / Hours / Info:
Flexible working including weekends
Average opening times are 10am to 5pm but can vary slightly
What’s on offer?
From £12.00 to £14.00 per hour
Mileage allowance on site outside Zone 5
Holiday pay accrued
