We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to work for an award-winning housebuilder within South East Suffolk. This opportunity is to work on a temporary basis.

Be part of a team working with other members of staff as well as lone working selling 1 to 5 bedroom houses
Working up to 5 days a week on a rota basis (including weekends)
Taking responsibility for the full role up until the completion phase
You would be required to drive to the development.
We are offering a competitive pay rate for this role

What the client is looking for:

First class customer service skills.
Experience within New Homes Sales/ Estate agency (dependant on experience)
Flexibility on availability including weekend
Competent and Literate in IT with experience of working on databases.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
